Our Vision at Mi Casa Es Su Casa is simple:

We envision our clients feeling at home while residing in our transitional housing; but not just any home – we want it to be the kind of home that is safe and which fosters respect and personal growth. For many of our clients it is a realistic goal that they would have a home of their own in the future. Mi Casa Es Su Casa aims to provide a model and foundation for their future home and their future life.

Our Mission:
“Provide a healthy, safe, and comfortable living environment which facilitates and optimizes opportunities for personal improvement and growth.” Mi Casa Es Su Casa recognizes the individual differences in our client’s potential for personal growth, productivity, and independence. We desire to be an active partner with each client and stakeholder to achieve optimal results.

Though our role is limited to meeting the client’s basic physiological and safety needs, we understand that personal growth is a process which is facilitated by ensuring needs are met along a continuum. Maslow’s ‘Hierarchy of Needs’ suggests that the needs met by Mi Casa Es Su Casa are foundational and fundamental to successful achievement of individual best outcomes for each individual client.
